These Terms and Conditions apply to the payment of Article Processing Charges (APCs) through the online store operated by the Technical University of Liberec for the following academic journals:

By making a payment through this website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of the Service
The online store facilitates the payment of APCs for articles accepted for publication in the aforementioned open access journals. These charges cover the costs associated with editorial handling, peer review, production, and providing open access to the articles.
2. Payment Policy

APCs are payable only after the peer review process has been completed and the article has been formally accepted for publication.

The corresponding author will receive a payment request via email, including a link to complete the payment.

No other payment methods are accepted.

3. Open Access Statement and Copyright Terms
All articles are published under an open access model, meaning they are freely available to read and download without subscription or paywall barriers. Further information about copyright and related policies is available on the official websites of the journals.
4. Delivery and Shipping
There are no physical products or shipments associated with the APC payment. Therefore, no shipping or delivery fees apply.
5. Refund Policy
APCs are non-refundable once the article has been accepted and the invoice has been issued, except in the case of processing errors or duplicate payments.
6. Invoice and Confirmation
After payment is completed, the author will receive:

A formal invoice suitable for institutional or grant reporting
